One address, read by a person, answered in a few days. This page explains what to send, what to leave out and which things have to go to a partner platform instead.
01. How to reach us
Email is the only channel: hello@ai-girlfriend.pics. There is no phone line, no live chat widget and no contact form on this site, deliberately — a form would collect data we would then have to justify holding.
Write in whatever language you are comfortable with; if we cannot read it we will say so rather than guess.
02. Response times
Most messages are answered within two to three business days. Content removal requests and anything involving a real person's likeness are handled ahead of everything else in the queue.
If a week passes with no reply, resend the message — occasionally filtering catches legitimate mail, particularly when it contains many links.
03. What to include
A useful message usually contains:
- The exact URL on this domain that your message concerns
- A short description of what is wrong or what you are asking for
- Screenshots only where they add something the text cannot
- A reply address you actually monitor
Please send URLs as plain text rather than inside images, so that they can be checked directly.
04. Corrections and factual errors
If something on this site is factually wrong — a feature described that no longer exists, a free allowance that has changed, a claim that overstates a product — tell us and it will be corrected.
Corrections are made because the page should be right, not because a complaint reached a particular threshold.
05. Content removal and likeness concerns
All imagery here is AI-generated and fictional. If you nonetheless believe an image resembles you or someone you are responsible for, write in and it will be reviewed urgently.
You do not need to send identity documents to open such a request, and you do not need to frame it as a legal claim. The DMCA page sets out the fuller process if you want it.
06. Privacy and data requests
Access, correction, deletion and objection requests relating to this website can be sent to the same address. Because this site holds almost no identifiable data, the usual honest answer is that there is nothing on file.
Requests about an account on a partner platform must go to that platform, which is the party that actually holds your account data.
07. What we cannot help with
We have no access to partner accounts and cannot reset a password, refund a charge, cancel a subscription, restore a deleted thread or moderate content on another company's service.
For any of those, contact the partner's own support channel — it will be linked from within your account there.
08. Partnership and media enquiries
Proposals from platforms, agencies and networks are read. Those that arrive as a single clear paragraph explaining the product and the terms get a reply; bulk templates generally do not.
Press and research enquiries about how this site is built or how it selects what to feature are welcome and are answered directly.
09. Security reports
If you find a vulnerability affecting this website, report it privately to the contact address before publishing anything. Include reproduction steps and allow reasonable time for a fix.
Good-faith reports are appreciated. Automated scanner output pasted without context is generally not actionable.
10. Unsolicited link and guest-post offers
This site does not accept guest posts, paid link placements or sponsored insertions into existing articles.
Messages of that kind are deleted unread once identified, and repeat senders are filtered.
11. Please do not send
Do not send passwords, payment card details, government identification or anything else you would not want sitting in an inbox. We will never ask for them.
If a message claiming to come from this site asks you for credentials or payment, it is not from us — report it and delete it.
12. Editorial independence
Correspondence does not buy coverage. A partner cannot email its way into a better description, and a competitor cannot email a rival out of one.
Every change made in response to a message is a change we would defend publicly on the merits.
